MONDAY – THURSDAY:
AM – 5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:30am are regular classes; Open Gym – 10:30am – 12:15pm. Can’t show up later than 12:15pm
PM – Open Gym from 4:15pm – 7pm. Classes at 4:15pm & 5:15pm. Can’t show up later than 7pm. To explain better the afternoon open gym schedule – it’s open gym from 4:15pm – 7pm. We will have classes at 4:15pm and 5:15pm if you want to work out in the class setting still, but it’s open gym so you can show up any time between 4:15pm – 7pm and workout with friends or by yourself. Our trainers will be in there just the same working with you and helping you get better.
FRIDAY:
AM – same as Monday – Thursday
PM – Open Gym from 4:15-5:30pm. Can’t show up later than 5:30pm
SATURDAY:
Classes – 7am, 8am; Open Gym – 9am – 10am. Can’t show up later than 10am.
All class times are set, however we are available to open up more class times upon request.
