Kyle Boyer

Trever Thompson

Trever found his passion for strength training while playing collegiate baseball. When he moved to St. George he found CrossFit Dixie and has been a member since 2012 and one of our Trainers since 2015.
"You won't find a better gym. I love the family community feeling that CrossFit Dixie brings into our lives. I enjoy putting in the effort each day to better my health and set an example to my kids on the importance of their own physical health."

I grew up playing sports and lifting weights. I’ve always found myself involved in team sports and have had the privilege of coaching high school athletics for many years.
I started doing CrossFit in 2008. We didn’t have a CrossFit gym in St George at the time, so I was doing it at a global gym.  I was hooked as soon as I started. After few weeks of doing it, I stated to get other women to do it with me and loved the unity. Six months later, Crossfit Dixie opened up and I ended up coming here. I have been here since 2009. In 2010 I got my Level 1 cert to coach and I’ve been coaching ever since.

Kilee Kennedy

Kilee has always had a passion for fitness and helping others on their fitness journey. Before starting CrossFit, she was a personal trainer in Nevada.
In 2019, Kilee moved to St. George, where she joined CrossFit Dixie. A year later, Kilee completed her certification to become a CrossFit coach. She has been coaching classes at CrossFit Dixie since 2020.
“I love my CrossFit Dixie family. It is fun to come together to work hard and make ourselves better every day. Working out helps me in all aspects of my life—especially helping to keep me a sane mom!”

Jake Warburton

Jake started training in CrossFit shortly after his daughter was born in 2013. He was far out of shape and determined to become the best version of himself. He's been fortunate to visit over 20 different CrossFit gyms on 3 continents across the world and joined CrossFit Dixie in 2020.
"Our fitness programming here is the indisputable cure to combat chronic disease. But it's our people at CrossFit Dixie that are the everyday living proof that the body and mind can do incredible things when pushed. Being a part of that as a trainer is one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. "
