Warmup
Skill Work

W.O.D.
2 Rounds for time of:
Right arm push press 12 reps
Left arm dead lift 12 reps
800 m Run
Left arm push press 12 reps
Right arm dead lift 12 reps
50 Double unders

Go heavy, run fast, spin the rope even faster! We will spend a little time figuring out the weight you will use on the press and dead lift. This is a fun and challenging W.O.D.

So we aren’t even one week into this Paleo competition and I have to tell you the already results are unbelievable. I see a difference in people’s countenance. People who used to walk in tired and dreading the W.O.D. now have more energy and they are doing amazing things in the workouts. I told two ladies today that I can already see changes in their bodies. I know I talk about it alot people but you really don’t need sugar and bread and pasta to survive. So keep up the good work.
