I promise there is nothing going on between Ron Jensen and I but u have to admit those are some nice legs:)

Remember there is only one class on Friday night at 5 PM.

Warmup

Skill
Clean and Jerk

WOD
“Grace”
30 Clean and Jerks for time
Men-135 lbs
Women-95 lbs

This WOD is done with a power clean and a jerk, as 2 separate, individual movements. This is high intensity as it gets and is a 5 or 6 minutes and under wourkout. Let’s crush her tomorrow!

News and Notes
1. Remember to let people know about our “Foundations” class that is on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6 PM. Anyone wanting to start CrossFit will have to complete all three classes before they can start with regular classes.

2. We need more people to sign up as volunteers for the Ford IronMan on May 1st. If you are interested talk to Kade or Leslie Cox.
