The calm before the storm

So Don came in early this morning and the first thing he said was "You could have at least put a picture of me looking athletic, I looked like I was sleep walking." So here you go Don, that looks pretty strong and athletic to me.

Row 500 meters

Rest three minutes

You will row as fast and efficient as possible and try to maintain the same time on each row, while resting 3 minutes between efforts.
