Warmup

WOD
For Time:
Run 800 meters

Then do 3 Rounds:
15 Kettlebell swings 55/35#
20 Wallball Shots 20/15#

Run 800 meters

Just a reminder, there will be no night classes Friday and no classes on Saturday, as we will be moving to the new gym all weekend. We would love to have as much help as possible on Saturday morning at 8 AM. We will load up the trailers with all of the equipment and take it over to the new box.
