Randy Jones hiking the Subway Route on Wednesday.

Jodie Lee started recently here at CrossFit Dixie and is quite the athlete. She comes from a fitness background and it shows as she has been crushing WOD after WOD!

Kasi did "Randy" today with 65 lbs. With 10 reps left I told her not to set the bar down until she was finished. After 3 or 4 more reps, she bent over and held the bar in her lap until she could finish her last reps. When she did rep 75, she threw the bar away like she just whipped it's a@#
