Stacy is a CrossFitter. She has helped out so much this summer with the BootCamp and the Summer Camp for kids. I just wanted to tell her thanks for all that she does for the box and all of you.

Perform 1 HP Snatch on the first minute, 2 HP Snatches on the second minute, 3 HP Snatches on the 3 minute, and so on until no longer able to complete the number in a given minute. Your score is the number of minutes you complete.

Remember that we will not be open on Saturday July 24th. All classes will be normal tomorrow Friday, and remember that there is only one PM class at 5 PM on Fridays. I think that you would all agree that this has been a really tough week so I think that it would do you all good to rest for two days on Saturday and Sunday and we will get back at it on Monday. I came across a new mud run 10k race that is taking place this September in Solider Hollow (near Heber and Park City). I am bummed that I am going to be out of town on the date it is scheduled, but it looks so cool I thought I would pass it along to any that are interested. It was also featured in the Deseret News today.

What a sick video. If any of you missed some of the games you can go to live.crossfit.com to watch the archived videos. It was the sickest event i’ve ever seen. Talk about amazing athletes doing amazing stuff. Crossfit is bad ass. Hopefully a lot of you guys are setting some goals to get ready to compete in the sectional qualifier next year. We need Crossfit Dixie to represent. I promise none of you would regret competing and you’ll be able to take your training to the next level as you train to compete.
