This one is for Ocey. He has been begging us to do it again cause it’s his favorite W.O.D.
Schedule will be normal through Wednesday this week except for no Oly Lifting class at 6:30. No class on Thursday and we will let you all know the schedule for Friday and Saturday. Good luck to those that are in the Paleo challenge as it will be a hard to week with Thanksgiving but I know you can all stick to the plan to keep on keeping on.

Wow Kade. Fran kicked my trash hardcore! I agree with you Ocey – I don’t like Fran either lol! I can’t wait till I’m in better shape and (somewhat) owning the workouts as opposed to the other way around.
