Everybody getting some Kettlebell swings during the "Filthy Fifty"

Watching Jody cruise through the burpees reminded me of a T-Shirt I saw that said "Buckin Furpees". Who doesn't love burpees anyways?
Hope that everyone had a great weekend and a fabulous Thanksgiving. Kyle and I had the opportunity to do W.O.D.’s on Friday and Saturday in Ogden at CrossFit The Club. It was an awesome thing to see people doing the same things we do. It is even more awesome to know that people all over the world do the same workouts and have the same feeling of community that we do here at CrossFit Dixie. I know that I am excited for another week and I can’t wait for tomorrow.

Im thankful to all you Dixie Crossfitters for letting ALL the Boyers come up north for Thanksgiving. We had an awesome time and even got to do a WOD with them. You guys are lucky to have 2 great instructors that love what they do…working to help you all become stronger, healthier and happier. I wish we lived closer to get in a few more WODS’s with them!!!!
