Josh Wilson almost six months ago weighing in at about 200 lbs (notice the bag of potato chips). He had already started doing CrossFit but still had not decided to make changes in his diet.

Josh this past week only 1 month into eating Paleo. His current weight is 185 lbs and he says he has never felt better. These are the aesthetic results that are obvious, but the subtle and more important results are how much stronger he has gotten and his attitude and motivation. Great job Josh and keep going strong! By the way Katherine, you can thank us later and so can you Josh as I'm sure she can't keep her hands off of you:)
