Ladies and Kettlebells

Everyone killed it last Friday on the “Filthy Fifty”

Warmup

WOD
“CrossFit Total”

Shoulder Press
Back Squat
Dead Lift

Warmup each movement as necessary and then find your 1 Rep Max. Combine all three for your CF Total

    Dang it, i’ve been dying to do a crossfit total day since I missed the last one and now I can’t do this one! Looking forward to the next time it comes up!
