Memorial Day WOD 7 and 8 AM only

With a single 2 pood (70 lb) kettlebell:
21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Left arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm
Don’t worry, we will scale the weight of the kettlebell as much as needed.
I hope we can all take time tomorrow to remember the sacrifices that so many men and women have made for our freedom. What a great way to honor those fallen heroes by doing a “Hero” WOD. Go hard and remember their sacrifice for us.
