Just want to apologize for no post for Friday. Sorry to all of you who couldn’t sleep last night wondering what the W.O.D. would be:)
Warmup
Strength
Weighted Pullups

W.O.D.
For time:
20 Pullups
Row 500 meters
30 Pullups
Row 500 Meters
20 Pullups
This will be a short W.O.D. and we will do as many heats as needed so that people can go from pullups to rowers without having to wait. It should be fairly short W.O.D.

Well, I couldn’t sleep last night… but that’s not why…
Although, I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about not knowing what I was walking into after taking a week off!… but with some inspiration from my new little brother-in-law, I kicked some muscle-up ass! Now if I can get it twice, its the real deal! ha ha, right Quinn?

Good job babe. I knew after last weekend that you weren’t far from being able to do a Muscle Up. Now let’s just see you do it a few more times and it will really be official:)
