We saw some killer times on the shorter Met-con Friday morning, with some women doing the SDHP's with a 70# Kettlebell

5 Rounds for time:
800 meter run
50 pullups
50 kettlebell swings 70/45#
Both partners will run together and split up the pullups and swings however they choose. Only one partner can complete reps at one time. 3-2-1 GO!
