Turner is a great example of what CrossFit can do for people. She has been coming since the first week that CrossFit Dixie was open and continues to show dedication and commitment. One thing is for sure, she is always making people around her better.

Remember that there are only two classes on Saturday at 7 and 8 AM. Tomorrow is going to be a fun WOD that we will do in teams so come ready to get AWESOME!

In teams of two complete the following for time:

Row 1,000 meters

70 Box Jumps 24/20″

Run 200 meters

70 Pushups

Run 200 meters

70 Overhead Squats 75/45#

Run 200 meters forwards

Run 200 meters backwards

70 Dead Lifts 185/115#

Run 400 meters (One partner carries 45/25# plate one way, the other partner carries the plate back)

70 Pullups

200 Double Unders

I will explain tomorrow how this will work so don’t worry, it is very simple to follow.
