Stacy L has improved a ton on her Hand Stand Push Ups

Kyle has been busting his butt 6 days a week to get ready for the 2010 CrossFit Games Sectional Qualifiers that will be held @ CrossFit The Club in Ogden on Feb 27-28. A bunch of people have already told me that they are planning on going up that weekend to watch him compete. It is going to be a really cool event with a ton of incredible athletes. I know that he would love to have all of you there. Let me know if you want some details and would like to attend.

-The free month does not apply to students or anyone who has spent time previously at CrossFit Dixie

-We are going to let anybody that wants to try CrossFit do it for one month FREE. If you know anybody that is skeptical, they want to try it but don’t know if it is worth the price, or maybe don’t really know what it is all about, tell them to come give it a shot for a month. Starting tomorrow December 19th, anybody that wants can come do CrossFit for the rest of December and all of January and can have unlimited classes for FREE. We will have to put limits on amount of people that this adds to the classes but we have six classes throughout the day so we will try to make it work. So tell your friends and get the word out.

    For the jump ropes is it the ultra speed ropes or the cable free ropes???

    ours is the ultra speed rope but any of those ropes look like good ones.
