So two weeks are down on the diet challenge and I have heard some great feedback from some people. I have seen some huge improvements in performance in a very short amount of time. I realize that this is a different challenge than we have done in the past. In a way you are all on your own, and the end results will tell the tale. I am glad to know that some of you are taking advantage of talking with your partner and sharing ideas and helpful hints. If you are discouraged or confused or think you are not getting results, please feel free to call me or talk to me when you come in to the box. I would hope that nobody feels like they are alone in this for the next 7 weeks.
