U can definitely see the determination in Travis' face

The ring dip develops far more core strength that the conventional bar dip. The body's natural tendency is to push away from itself, but on the rings you have to use your core muscles to keep the rings in close. And that is why we love them so much!

This Friday we will only have morning classes as normal and then we will be moving equipment and flooring over to the new building the rest of the weekend. We would love to have as much help as possible on Saturday morning at 8 AM to load up the trailers with equipment. If we can get enough people it shouldn’t take us more than an hour or so. We have 3 flatbed trailers so I think we could load them up and make one trip. The new spot is really big and we can’t wait to finally get in. All classes will be held at the new spot starting next Monday the 24th.

Hey, I know, why don’t you see how many times you can move the equipment from one gym to the other in 20 minutes!

Yes, we love ring dips so much (note all the happy faces)
. Sorry we’ll be lazy in SLC for rugby and baseball this weekend, but the new gym will be awesome. Good luck
