Josh Wilson is a beast. He has been CrossFitting for over a year now today he ran the 1.5 mile run for his Police PT test. He broke the record for his age group that stood for 8 years by running it in 9:30. In his words, "Ha and I only do CrossFit". Congrats Josh!

    She certainly schooled me! Then again she had great coaching (thanks to her stepdad)… I’m pretty sure she was getting lower than I was on those HSPUs!

    I can’t get into the link, its giving me a 403 forbidden sign, but I just wanted to comment and say how much I totally agree with you. One of the things I love about doing crossfit in the morning is that it carries me through the rest of the day. As cheesy or funny as it sounds, I feel more confident and better apt at work and I am just happier. Also it makes tough/stressful days easier, days when things aren’t going right are days I use to grab a blizzard at DQ or chow down on sugar cereal to just kind of sulk and “relax”. Since I started crossfit, that has gone away even though the last 6 months have probably been some of the most stressful of my life. It pays to play this game. :)

    Josh congrats on setting the new record for the 1 1/2 mile run. 9:30 is pretty dang impressive. It was awesome to see you set your goal and work to achieve it. You’re a stud. Way to go.

    How is it that Jason is always in some cool location doing a HSPU or an Overhead Squat while the rest of us are at work? It’s not right!

    Awesome HSPU Maddie!!! I love that my girls like coming and working out with us. Thanks for letting them hang out while we do the workouts. And I am TOTALLY proud of Josh for achieving his goal of the 1.5 miles in 9:30!!!!

    Madyson…good job today. You rock as a 1st grade crossfitter!!! You all should see her jump rope. She’ll have her DUs before you know it. Also that is our youngest Crossfitter…Jack…Wow…you start em young down there Kyle and Tiff. He’s beautiful.
