Thank you all so much for the Birthday wishes. It shocked me to wake up this morning and see all the posts on the blog. Your words were all so kind and it really made me feel good inside to know how grateful you all are for what we do at CrossFit Dixie. I am so lucky to be able to do what I do everyday. These last fifteen months have been the best ever as I have gotten to know all of you and be involved in your lives. We truly have an amazing community of CrossFitters and I couldn’t be more proud of all the progress you all have made. So thanks again for making it such a great day.

    We wished happy b-day at the box today, but didn’t get a chance to thank you for all your hard work and coaching us into the best shape of our lives!! We love Crossfit Dixie!!!

    Just read through all the nice messages everyone left for Kade and I wanted to add a thought, too. You all see the effort and commitment from him in the gym every day, but you aren’t privy to the additional hard work he puts forth outside the gym. He is very dedicated and passionate about what he does for Crossfit Dixie and for each of you, he views you all as family. And although at times his wife complains about not having his undivided attention, she is very, very proud of him! J (Not to mention, mine and my daughter’s health and wellness greatly benefit from his expertise!) Love you Kade!
