I had to put this picture of Court E on here because he forgot his clothes this day. He still had a shirt but right before the workout he ripped it off. I love the confidence that builds in people as they start testing their limits and getting out of their comfort zone.

"You're telling me I have to hold this L position for 45 seconds?" was a popular comment on Tuesday.

Shelley L is a new member here at CrossFit Dixie. Shelley is here everyday and one thing is for sure, she always has a smile on her face and something nice to say to everybody. I am really excited for the chance to train her and watch her growth and progress.

Quote of the day-
“Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the approximate, the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all. Do not let the hero in your soul perish, in lonely frustration for the life you deserved, but have never been abel to reach. Check your road and the nature of your battle. The world you desired can be won. It exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours.”

Those good mornings make me hurt for days afterward, but don’t seem that bad while I’m actually doing them. Its nice to be to the point where only a few things cause that now, instead of everything.

Ryan–that was what I was saying yesterday to everyone, that I didn’t think they were doing much when I was doing the Good Mornings, but MAN do my hamstrings feel it! Even today!!! aaacckkk!

Agree on the hamstrings. They still hurt (and I thought it was all abs that day). +really, the l-sit hold does have high rank on the popularity chart (note the smiles on the faces)
