Journals for the Paleo challenge are due tomorrow. I will be at the box all day so if you attend the morning classes you will need to come in some time during the day to get your measurements and weight. Also since there were fifteen women in the challenge and only five men we are going to split up the winnings accordingly. I know this is going to be a tough decision that I am not looking forward to making. I have seen so many awesome things since the start of the month. Randy Rynearson walked in this morning and I had to do a double take. He didn’t even look like the same person. His skin looked different and he had a different countenance. I have seen women that couldn’t do pullups without the bands start to do unassisted pullups, and people who couldn’t do double unders are now doing 15 and 20 in a row. Our new challenge to all those who participated is to continue to eat healthy. Make it a lifestyle and choose a happy medium that is best for a life long pursuit of optimal health and fitness.
