Ocey sets a PR in the Dead Lift with 355 lbs. We saw so many personal bests today it was amazing!

Heath Burchinal moves some serious weight from the ground

Our mother and father, Kurt and Julie, were able to make it in this morning to do a Row/Dead Lift workout. It was our dad's very first WOD ever and he did awesome!

Great job to everyone Monday on all the new PR’s with the CrossFit Total. We saw some people like Lucinda Cowan beat their previous score by almost 100lbs. That is remarkable. The Total is one of my favorite days to watch as everyone is so supportive and encouraging of one another. We really are seeing people get strong on a daily basis.
I will have the details for the upcoming diet challenge by Friday of this week. If you are interested in taking part you will need to decide which diet, Zone or Paleo, that you will want to do. We will most likely have a meeting on Satuday morning to go over the details and make sure that all questions are answered. I will have more info inthe next couple of days.

Kade…thanks for letting us crash your box and do our own thing. 12 swat team members was a little intimidating but it was fun working out with your dad. Thanks for the support! We love coming down and seeing all you guys.
