Sorry this took so long but I needed Kyle’s opinion to help in deciding the winner. This was very hard to decide but here are the top 7…The coolest part about this whole challenge is that all of these results are in a span of only 9 weeks! This was not some quick fad diet. These guys all worked really hard and showed incredible self-discipline.

In first place, Jason Wilding. Jason didn’t lose any weight, but he figures he added about 15-20 lbs of muscle  in the two month challenge.

In second place was Bryan Hill. The first picture of Brian is when he first started CrossFit back in January, and the next two are his before and after photos.

In third place was Heath Burchinal. Not only did Heath see amazing results in his photos, but he has done two Olympic Triathalons during the challenge and blown his old times out of the water. He recently finished 3rd place in the Utah Summer Games. His wife Kristie also did the challenge and she finished 2nd in her division in the Utah Summer Games.

In 4th place is Brandon Dunbar. Brandon lost a total of 32 lbs and 6 inches in his waist.

In fifth place is Jay Quayle. To me Jay’s performance in the W.O.D’s improved as much if not more than anybody who participated.

In sixth place was Yesi Arrey. Yesi did not want me to post her pictures but I can promise you that her results were some of the most impressive. I feel like it is much harder for women to have the same results as men and to see Yesi’s improvement in the past two months was tremendous. She did something on Saturday that she never even thought she could-she ran the 5k with the class and did awesome.

In 7th place, Travis Dutson saw incredible results as well.

I just want to say that this was very fun to be a part of. You guys all did so well and it is definitely something that we are going to do again really soon. The best part is that many of you have said that this is something that you will continue to do, not just for the challenge. Just think of what this means to your children and their children to start a cycle of health and fitness. Congrats again to all of you!

    We didn’t even think that Heath was the same guy in the pic. These pictures are totally AMAZING!! The only thing that we kinda miss is bread, everything else we eat is just normal now.

    Incredible job everyone!! Kade we should definitely have a page dedicated for this. This is great motivation for people who are trying to find a good workout. I didn’t know about the challenge until about a week ago, but I know I’ve seen equally as impressive results…not only in how I look but how I feel too!!

    WOW!!! everyone…I know how hard you all worked to get those results and that is the amazing part!!! Watch at the swimming pools this summer..see if you can pick out all the Crossfit bodies…we sure can up here in Ogden!!!!

    I have looked at these pictures a few times now and I still can’t get over the awesome results! You guys/gals advertise the importance in diet VERY well! I also thought I’d mention how hard you made it for the judges to pick… those boys were sweatin a decision!

    Everyone I thought did an awesome job. Event the ones who did not place. Not only the results awesome physically, but mentally I saw results. EVERY ONE you stand a little taller and have tons of confidence. That is what it is all about. Loving yourself and everthing around you
