Came across this by accident. About five months ago, I started to use Moroccan oil for my hair. Ever since then, I have not had problems with my hands. I believe it is the oil. It absorbs right into the skin

Randy, I am seriously sick just looking at that picture. Did you ever look down?

About the blisters…I cut the skin away as much as you can and all day long…as many times as you can…rub REAL Neosporin Cream on them. I have had them heal almost that same day if I’m consistant. You all look real tough though!!! Stacy..what is the Moroccan oil and what do you use it for???

I like the idea of the moroccan oil. Stacy, do you put it on everyday or right before a WOD or when?

I know some people prefer not to worry about putting something on or they prefer the calluses but I few months ago I got fed up with my hands tearing every time we had heavy pull up days because I felt like it became a detriment to my WODs for the whole rest of the week. I would focus too much on how my hands hurt and not on pushing myself to get a new PR on a different lift. So after a little research I came across “new grips.” For those who don’t know they are a neoprene grip you wear between your hands and the bar. Since the day I started using them I haven’t torn since. Its been awesome. It took a couple days of getting use to but now i don’t even notice them.

If you are interested here is their website.

I shave them with a shaver and use lots of chalk.

Hey, this is just a random stalker from Ogden but I wanted to comment. I started using the Moroccan oil a few weeks ago for my hair and noticed my hands were looking better. So I was guessing it was the magic oil, but I am glad someone had the same results. And it makes your hair so soft and shiny :) ! Kade, your website and place look great!

Julie and Brock, Moroccan oil is for hair, but after I put it in my hair, I rub it into my hands. Brock, just put it on after you shower in the morning. It just absorbs right into your skin. It doesn’t take much at all. If you use it for hands, maybe just a couple of drops.
