Jocelyn kicked "Daniels" behind today and it was one of her first couple of W.O.D's here.

Skill Work
GHD Situps and Back Extensions
W.O.D.
5 Rounds for time of:
20 GHD Situps
15 Back Extensions
Then in 6 Minutes:
Row 500 meters
AMRAP Double Unders
Because there are only 5 GHD’s, depending on how many people are in each class we will split into groups and one group will do first part and other group the second part, and then we will switch.
Goal is to do all situps and back extensions un-broken, meaning with out pause or rest. And in 6 minutes you will row a 500 meter and then with the remaining time do as many total double unders as possible. If you mess up, continue on with the number of your last full rep and get as many reps as you can.
