Alycia Hafen, on the far left, and her team are headed to Nationals in Washington on July 31st. She has done CrossFit with us for about 8 months and her parents say that more than anything it has improved her confidence greatly. Congrats to her and we wish her luck!

Happy Birthday Kade! Thanks Kyle for letting us know.
Since I started crossfit 7 or 8 months ago, I have observed quite a few different boxes in and around Utah in addition to all the “famous” ones we see on the main site. It is interesting how each box has its own culture and way of doing things. Thanks Kade for all your hard work and effort into making this box as great as it is. You’ve made this box what it is and people really love being a part of it, at least I do.
