15 KB Swings 55/35#

20 Wall Balls 20/14#

I will be placing another order for jump ropes if anybody is interested. I think it is important to have your own rope that you can get used to as you practice mastering the double under. If you are interested the ropes will be $12 and I will place the order a week from this coming Friday, so on Friday the 25th. I will have a list that you can put your name on and then pay with either cash or check.
