Heidi is another one of our CFD women who is very strong and great at all the movements. She works hard daily to improve her technique and her overall fitness. She comes from an endurance background and says that Crossfit has helped her running tremendously. If you get the chance to workout along side Heidi and its a running WOD, you better bring it cause you will be trying to chase her down the entire time:).
The class WOD for Thursday will be Games WOD 12.4. For those of you that want to do it twice plan on doing 12.4 Thursday, rest Friday, 12.4 Saturday @ 9am. We need a better performance from everyone this week. We dropped a little in the team standings from 12.3, so to get qualified for regionals we need to kill it these last two weeks. Doing the WOD twice will definitely help, most everyone that performs the WOD twice does better the second time. LET’S GO TEAM CFD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
