Because of the confusion it causes when holds go active or come off a membership, we have decided we will no longer allow any membership holds. If you have a reason that you need to hold, we will help you get your membership canceled. In the event you want to start back up at a later date, we will get you signed up on a new membership at the membership current pricing.
Prices are as stated above, we reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Should we change pricing, we will honor your current pricing as long as your membership is active. Should you need to "hold", which is essentially canceling your account, or cancel and you come back at a later date, your pricing will be whatever the current price is for memberships. No previous pricing will be honored.
If you are in a contract, your option for canceling is to pay out 40% of the remainder of the contract as a cancellation fee. If you are on month to month, there will be no cancellation fee. However, in both instances you must notified us BY EMAIL 3 business days prior to the end of the month. This is for two reasons, 1. we have written documentation of your desire to cancel with a time and date stamp and 2. this gives us time to remove the account from the membership so it doesn't get charged the following month.
