If you're someone who’s a little more hesitant to make that commitment....you don’t want to just take the butchers word for it...then our “signup up for 1 week” is a great option for you. During that week, you have access to unlimited classes, morning or night and our open gym time. Come spend a week at our facility, testing our programming and working with our amazing trainers and hopefully we will sell you on why CrossFit Dixie will be the spot for you to get in the best shape of your life, have a lot of fun, be a part of an amazing community along the way. CrossFit Dixie has an amazing drop in community. Because if he area we live and it being a get away destination for many, we have lots of drop ins and we love it. There is no need to reserve a class or notify the owner or trainer that you will be coming, simply pay for your drop in by clicking the button below. We have a few different drop in options, find the one that fits your time in St George best, pay for it and you will be ready for your first class. Make sure you visit our “schedule” page on the website to see our full schedule each week. You can also pay in person when you arrive. We have t shirts and tanks available for sale at the front desk.
